Mark McDaniel Mark McDaniel is a Certified Professional Analytical Chemist who has served as a Primary Responder on more than 25 emergency actions in support of the US EPA. He has managed more than 20 investigation, enforcement and removal actions under CERCLA, RCRA, TSCA, and SPCC guidelines on projects involving inspections, enforcement and removal actions at chemical plants, explosive and solid-rocket fuel manufacturers, petroleum refineries, hazardous waste recyclers, and mill sites. He currently oversees a team of 25 chemists, field scientists, air quality engineers, risk assessors, field biologists, microscopists, data managers and GIS specialists, while supervising field and laboratory operations at one of the largest-ever EPA Superfund sites in Libby, MT.
