As President of the SESHA, I would like to thank you for volunteering to fill this very important leadership position. Welcome!

We are very excited about all the new chapters that are just starting up, the old chapters that are experiencing rejuvenation, and the established chapters and regions that are growing by leaps and bounds. No matter which category you fit into, rest assured that we consider you to be a very vital part of the growth and well being of the association as a whole. We rely on the efforts and enthusiasm of members like you to maintain our established line of safety, health and environmental communications within the semiconductor industry.

This "toolbox" is designed to provide you with the basic tools you will need to successfully start a chapter; in it, we offer suggestions, ideas and inspiration to help you succeed in your role as a Chapter leader.
